How Recreation and Sports Can Make You Feel Better
For a long time, I was very bored. I didn't really want to do anything with my life. But the less I did, the worse I felt. Eventually, my mother suggested I walk down to the local football field to get some air. I thought it was a completely stupid idea but I did it anyway. When I was down there, I got talking to a few people who were playing a game. Before I knew it, I was running around and playing the game myself. It was a lot of fun and ever since then I have been a real sports fan. I am now much happier.
